a. The Fateh Sagar Lake was built in the 17th century which was damaged due to heavy rains. Located very to Pichola Lake, this fateh Sagar lake was named after the same was renovated by Maharana fateh Singh of Udaipur. The 3 islands of Udaipur city are the Nehru Park that has a small zoo, park and a restaurant. The Udaipur Solar Observatory is the second island and the third one is the famous fountain & garden. These islands are properly connected by boats that start either from rana pratap memorial or the Moti Magri. The Hariyali Amavasya Mela is held every year during August-September which is a festive season for Indian Shraavan Month.
b. The Lake palace is another favourite attraction within Udaipur tourism which was an abode for the rulers of yesteryears. The lake is now converted into a heritage hotel and provides world class amenities to the guests. It is surrounded by the Aravalli hills and palaces, which looks great in its white marble structure.
c. The City Palace is another tourism spot in Udaipur City which is a true combination of Chinese, Rajasthani and European architectural marvel. Located on the banks of Pichola Lake, this Palace gives a magnificent glimpse of crystals, mirrors, ornamental tiles, vintage furniture and the paintings which is no less to a museum.
d. Vintage and Classic Car Museum: the vintage vehicles once used by Rajasthani Kings are preserved here which stands as testimony to the stories about Udaipur.
e. Shilpgram: the shilpgam as the name suggests is a place for rural handicraft and art. The puppets, dyes, embroidery, fabrics and rural art are reflected here.
